An openminded, creative grower and winemaker, vocal supporter of the queer community & a proud part of the new wave of natural German wine, we are in complete admiration of the cuvées and community Jas has created. A blend of purchased fruit from German pals, plump, mineral merlot (50%), blossomy weissburgunder (25%), and tight n’ tart riesling (25%), macerated separately before blending for a perfectly balanced bottle. Cherry inflected VA (perky and delicious volatile acidity), unpredictable bubbles like spurting cake sparklers, giggling through whispered secrets, sour cloud berry lollipop, airplane pepper packet, dusty gemstone shop & rhubarb chomp.
