American winemaker Joy Kull caught the grape bug while working as a sommelier and swiftly realized her only option was to travel to a faraway land to expand her mind & dirty her hands. Introducing the Bianco Vallegara 2023, the first vintage from the Vallegara vineyard planted in 2017! A blend of mineral, citric procanico (65%), amorously aromatic malvasia and tropical, textural roscetto, all harvested, destemmed, and macerated for a week together to mix n’ meld their unique offerings. Beach-shell-y reduction, li apple juice sweetness, tacky tannin, catmint, clover, lemon pulp & faded spices that stretch as looong as this winter.
