A mineral, elegant Valencian grenache to excite friends and befriend foes. Winemaker Roger Díaz grows and ferments soulful, natural wines that are revered in this community, and his educated advice on all things wine sought after by his contemporaries. The dry, arid temperatures and coastal influence make for healthy, salty grapes produced from his three hectares of old vines. FUN FACT! All fermentations are done whole-cluster as he does not have a de-stemming machine! After 15 months in old oak barrels we get chalk candy, blueberry essence, bitter earth alive with mycelium & woody spice. Enjoy snuggled on the couch with a proper murder mystery.
