A super bubbly GW collab red from east coast Canada’s fave fermentation house, Sourwood! With a focus on making raw, unfiltered cider using 100% Nova Scotian apples, they also enjoy experimenting with added fruits and hops, which bring unexpected textures, flavours & body to their ciders. FUN FACT! This joyous label was designed by our very own creative force, Jessica Sinopoli! Find her on insta at @jessica.maria.sinopoli. SECONDARY FUN FACT! This bevy is actually made mostly from grapes with just a bit of added apples – a kind of turning on it's head as it were in relation to the cidery’s normal production of mostly cider-based drinks! Inky, broody, frothy blackcurrant soda, wind whipped crisp rain in the morning & artisan liquorice. Enjoy with a serious chill and a thunderstorm booming outside.
