Meet our brand new fresh white âCovergirlâ from our Ontario House house line! This locally focused project allows us to collaborate with our favourite producers hell-bent on bringing delicious, well-made and well-priced wines to your table. From our pals at Paradise Grapevine, the âCovergirlâ blend was grown on the Niagara Penninsula, and consists of verdant, mineral riesling (80%), aromatic, honeyed muscat ottonel (10%) and plush, citric vidal (10%), all here and ready to PARTY. Processed separately, half of the riesling and all of the vidal were pressed directly and partially went through malolactic fermentation on fine lees for breadth and tactility, while the other half of the riesling was cold crashed (a process of chilling fermented wine to near-freezing temperatures to preserve aromatics!), and the muscat ottonel was cold-soaked on skins overnight, then went through full malolactic fermentation for texture and aromatics â and finally blended all together in April 2026. Petrol, pear and apple blossoms, tart pear jus, green mango, lime sherbet, cake pulled from the fridge, a smooth marshmallow texture & a lake-full of minerals. Enjoy on the GW patios all summer long, after your Tuesday evening Hot Girl Walk or while watching The Devil Wears Prada 2!
