Drinking this lighter-hued Lambrusco feels like the thrill of somewhere else’s fresh, salty air where the locals are outrageously handsome & you’re just ready to receive life’s great gifts. We imagine a strong-jawed waiter with a very muscular forearm would pour this for us into a tiny bistro cup on a red checkered table next to a plate of warm olives and salumi - you sigh, the candle flickers, you make eye contact. Hot! A single torrid night on the skins, twice-fermented & unfiltered so it’s a ‘lil cloudy but so incredibly vivid – blood orange San Pellegrino, cranberry cocktail, bouquet garni, rocky earth & savoury-salty bubbles. Scribble your number on the receipt, stuff it in their hand with a big fat tip & dramatically toss your hair on the way out, no one can stop you!
