Combining farm-grown and foraged fruits with so much love, Revel creates wines, ciders & hybrid bevies galore! A blend of two spontaneously fermented ciders aged on Montmorency cherries and strawberries, PLUS an extra month & nearly one tonne of deep and tannic maréchal foch skins come together to create this mesmerizing melange. Raucous rug burn red (from playing tag in the house), like being bashed over the head with a strawberry shortcake shaped pillow, tart pucker & with no residual sugar left, this hunny-bun is as dry as Venus.
