Balancing out the acidity of frontenac gris with plush organic apples, they are doing their best to push the boundaries of fruit wine while still creating something delicious. Frontenac gris is a pink-berried mutation of Frontenac, a cold-hardy hybrid variety that is said to yield grey fruit and amber coloured juice.
