Born from a desire to make wines that respect the living, while reminding us of its fragility. FUN FACT! âThe Inclineâ was made as a homage to Daneâs dear old Nana who, as a child, was raised in a remote and very isolated New Zealand coal mining settlement. From powerful syrah vines averaging 45-years-old, and residing on alluvial volcanic soils that shine through with roaring minerality. Inky, green peppercorn and blooming rosemary aromatics with a boysenberry acid LIFT joins hands with açai, castelvetrano olive, graphite shards & cola spice. Enjoy with charcoal grilled lamb and rapini in caper sauce.Â
