A país for sunbathing lizards! From the land of southern Chile where cooler temperatures meet Atlantic breezes. Working hand beside hand with five families of caring vine growers, all ethically cultivating their soils and taking care of their vineyards without the use of pesticides. Most of the grapes are traditionally processed, meaning de-stemmed, placed on a sieve and then stomped on daily until the end of fermentation, PLUS partial carbonic maceration for two weeks before pressing. This single vineyard expression of país (aka mission grape) comes from a plot that is over 200 years old, and sings with a couple centuries worth of voices. Electric raspberries, purple ring pop, blueberry freezies & a cave full of wonders. Pour alongside assorted empanadas!
