An aromatic, salty and spiced blending of hybrid and European vinifera fruit. Retired chefs, Emily Campeau and Christoph MĂŒller are originally from Montreal and Germany respectively, and developed their own vinous knowledge through sommelier, viticulture and oenology schooling before finding each other, their farm and developing their joint, near recipe-like way of composing delectable beverages. A blend of equal parts structured, tart hybrid johanniter, mineral, herbaceous mĂŒller-thurgau, high-pitched, floral hybrid muscaris and voluminous, citric bacchus were fermented separately between barrels and tanks before being blended just before bottling. The playful, intoxicating florals swing around you, salt, sweat, yellow jelly beans, spiced papaya salad & a mineral crunch. Enjoy while contemplating what time is in fact too late, Emily and Christoph said, âfor farmers probably 9 PM, but you can decide for yourselvesâ.
