A blend of punchy rumeni plavec, boisterous muscat, floral traminec (gewurtz), ancient Â Ćœametna Ärnina, plushy pinot blanc, righteous riesling & harmoneous kraljevina. The âZan Whiteâ enjoys three days of maceration and aging in stainless steel to really help the aromatics be all they can be. Intoxicating nose-full, with pears, peaches, key lime, greek yoghurt with apricots and honey, soapy florals & crushed gravel minerality linking everything together. Enjoy honey roasted carrots, doused in sesame seeds and topped with fresh dill.
