Biodynamic practices allows Christian to farm with a less invasive and more tender touch, meticulously cultivating the vines and overall ecosystem naturally. FUN FACT! The name refers to Alsace being "the bomb” (hello 90’s slang revival), part of a local street art campaign, encouraging youth to learn and speak the dialect of the region! A blend of the 2020 and 2021 vintages positively raging with complexity. Plushy, mouth-filling roundness, a tangible spritz of brilliance, dried pineapple, miles of stone, white pepper, fiery acidity & a kiss of salinity. Drink when your insides need a cleansing, you don’t like this one, maybe you don’t like wine (just joking? maybe?), “Elsassisch is Bombisch” (Alsatian is the bomb)!
