Parched throats, beware â this light, juicy & slightly spicy red is coming for you! The grapes were split into two tanks â destemmed in one, whole bunches in the other â and fermented for 10 days, then blended and aged for another few months before bottling without fining or filtration. Tastes like mulberries and blackcurrant jelly, cherry pit, blackberry seed and crabapple with a sprig of mint, a crack of white pepper and hardly any tannins. So dang refreshing! Pair with night walks on the train tracks, burgers & a trenchcoat with nothing underneath. Also available in a magnum!
