An expressive & terroir-driven wine grown in high altitude coastal conditions by enthusiastic young winemaker Eduard Pie. Xarel-lo grapes are hand-harvested & sorted before fermentation in clay amphora & 5 months of lees-aging in stainless steel. This wine is defined by its depth & sincerity. Orangina citrus, the crunch-crunch of walking on dry forest leaves, peachy-thyme galette, precise minerality. Like an orange & black Monarch butterfly randomly landing on your hand & you’re like “It’s a sign!!!” & then something amazing happens a few hours later.
