A salty, fruit-full and zero-zero collaborative skin-contact meant for sharing. A joining of three important, low-intervention Catalonian wineries, including Celler Frisach in Terra Alta, Oriol Artigas in coastal Alella and Celler Tuets in Tarragona. ‘3 Porcs’ is a delightful blend of 20-76 year-old, tropical, citric pansa blanca (xarel-lo) from Oriol, spiced, tree-fruity garnacha blanca from Frisach, and floral, mineral parellada from Tuets that were brought together for this one-of-a-kind magnum bottling!! Each winemaker takes a turn vinifying the wine, and this year the whole-bunches were macerated for seven days in tank, before being pressed into barrel, and spending 10 months of oxidative aging on its fine lees. Rainforest flowers, mango bubblegum, fresh grapefruit, beach tide minerality, green mango, salt, turmeric root & cumin powder. Pour alongside appetizers at your next dinner party with ten of your closest friends.
