Unrestrained and experimental, they are guided by their tastebuds, curiosity and inspiration, focusing on local HYBRIDS, while also delving into flowers, teas, herbs, berries, honey and grape skins to craft their unique visions. Now in its fourth iteration, ‘Envol’ is a blend of rich and spiced, direct pressed marquette, carbonically macerated & floral vidal. Grapey musk, flowers and meaty spice, prancing acidity, like emptying the bottom of a candy packet into your mouth, pool noodle, tall grass, orange rind & leafy greenness that balance out the juicy nature.
