Fermented with a few whole bunches thrown in, then aged for 18 months in old casks and bottled without fining or filtration. Herby cranberry cocktail, bush berries, black cherry cola & dried green herbs with a gently stemmy tannin. Pair with the after party and the hotel lobby.
