Grapes are grown on limestone (AKA kalk) & pebbly (AKA kiesel) soils (get it???), macerated on the skins for 5-14 days & spontaneously fermented in a mix of oak & amphorae. Lemonade-y fresh with amped up aromatics: tropical fruit fantasy, bouquet of wildflowers, hayride makeout session. Gorgeous acidity, orange zip, sandalwood spice. If we could bottle its nose & wear it as a signature scent we 1000% would.
