A raucous, non-vintage and zero-zero Austrian red blend for dreamers. One of our favourite Austrian duos, Alex and Maria biodynamically farm six hectares of vines in Burgenland – the easternmost and least populated state in Austria! Only available in certain years, the blend of punchy, spiced syrah and silky, cherried st laurent are from one of the oldest vineyard sites in their area, carbonically macerated separately for six days, and left on gross lees 30 months collecting strength. The moons bouncing energy in the form of a SPRITZ, jolly reduction, pennies n’ pocket change minerality, spice cake with a crisp bottom, smoked salt chocolate, popping cranberries & mulling spices.
