Crisp and floral arneis, a precious Piedmontese grape that translates to “little rascal”, spends six hours macerating on its skins after a foot-tread, before full malolactic fermentation, and seven months on lees plumping up the JAM. FUN FACT! ‘Mahlon’ is released VERY infrequently due to the temperamental nature of this mischievous grape. We’re obsessed and have been recommending it to anyone and everyone in shop, it is impossible to not have a sip and fall in love. Taut yet ample, flinty minerality, exotic spices, a smidgen of pineapple, citrus salad, Snow White’s apple, pink lemonade powder & dandelion perfume. Enjoy with panzanella.
