The blend of biodynamic, classic Loire grapes includes â punchy Grolleau (30%), vivid Gamay (30%), savoury Cabernet franc (20%), salty-citric Melon de Bourgogne (aka the grape of Muscadet 20%). Uncomplicated, unpretentious, with purity & tension biting the inside of your cheeks with every gulp. High toned cherry lip smackers, strawberry kiwi juicebox, mossy boulders & a yeasty plum brioche crunch. Drink with Japanese curry & the poetry of Pablo Neruda.
