From 22-year-old vines on quartz and quartz sands, the blend of aromatic malvasia, citric grüner veltliner and enigma traminer are semi-carbonically macerated for 10 days before beginning fermentation in glass demijons, and finishing fermentation in bottle to trap gentle tickling bubbles. Juicy to the core, satsuma mimosa meets tangerine soap, orange blossom water, flintstone vitamin, zucchini blossom & underripe white nectarine acidity tugs at the corners of your mouth.
