Milan Nestarec regeneratively farms 24 hectares of certified organic vineyards for his stunning lineup. Milanâs view is, âI'm not selling wine. I'm serving a world view. Using wine as a mediumâ. Oh, weâre so IN! âHedonistaâ is a blend of three vintages (21, 22 & 23) of savoury, tart gruner veltliner (approx. 85%), mineral, high-toned welschriesling and spiced, floral neuburger, aged together as a solera in one BIG barrel. FUN FACT! In a solera younger liquids are blended with older ones to create depth, consistency and a house style. This method is famous in iconic regions like Champagne and Sherry! Chamomile and dandelions, capers, lime zest, pile of rocks, green papaya, baked pear & a white pepper sprinkle. Pour alongside the most everyday hedonistic activities you can think of â maybe its laying on the floor and listening to Bjork with your eyes closed, sitting outside and enjoying a bowl of fresh strawberries and aged goat cheese while listening to the birds, or cutting and arranging a large vase of your favourite flowers.Â
