This cuvée is a tribute to Kyoko, a Japanese woman who worked a long internship with them! ’Momo Pinku’ is juicy, tart gamay, macerated for 24-hours and aged for 10 months in barrels with no interferences. Crispy florals plume all around, electric hibiscus, a greenery kinda musk & seashell minerality. Enjoy with red bean and fresh strawberry mochi.
