A crunchy, mineral and magically Loire white blend. Agnès and René Mosse founded their famed estate in Anjou in 1999. Since 2015, they have been quietly passing the torch to their sons Joseph and Sylvestre who, while being guided by their parents, bring new vibrancy to the estate's already exceptional lineup. The blend of purchased organic grapes includes lush, tart chenin blanc (40%), tree-fruited colombard (40%) & aromatic sauvignon blanc (20%) that were slowly pressed and fermented in nerve-calming oak barrels. FUN FACT! This cuvée is named after the 1968 jazz album Magic of Ju-Ju by Archie Shepp! Lemon biscuit, bitter minerals, icicles, underripe nectarine & teensy white flowers. Enjoy with sharp cheddar slices, your cracker of choice and Sex & The City Season 2.
