Fuelled by old vines, organic viticulture & a penchant for leaving the earth in its place, these are some of the most invigorating and mouthwatering wines we’ve found in Itata. A blend of aromatic moscatel de alejandria, citric, mineral chasselas, floral, spiced país & smoky, dried fruity cinsault. Smoked, fleshy cactus, lactic acidity, make believe blue fruit candies, potpourri & dusty, thyme herbaceousness. Enjoy while introducing yourself to new neighbours, you never know when you’re gonna need a figurative, or physical, cup of milk.
