We literally could not drink anything else at their urban winery launch last month (you should go!). The platonic ideal of a light red, think bright crunchy cranberry, tart smooshed strawberries, a healthy crack of black pepper and lemon squeeze. Gamay is blended with Zweigelt, Austria’s most planted red grape for a bright, fresh and juicy treat. Pair with sunshine, TV marathons or anything spicy.
