A generous, textured and nuanced orange that blew us away on first sip. Villa Job is a small winery of 6.5 hectares, located on the Friuli Pozzuolo plateau. Winemakers Alessandro and Lavinia inherited the estate from Alessandro’s grandfather and have since begun cultivating the land with biodynamic practices, followed by minimal intervention winemaking in the cellar. The marbled pinot gris grape variety is left for three days on skins and produces a deep, warm hue and caressing roundness.
