An earthy and vegetal Canadian hybrid red. A new addition to the GWI family, Lieux Communs are a small, urban winery in Montreal that work with vineyards, orchards, and small farms across Quebec and Ontario. Creating without restriction, their lineup is alive, growing and changing year after year and we canât wait to continue to bring them to you! From a warm vintage, the cavernous, seasoned marquette could be likened to a light syrah for those newer to this wide world of hybrids! Carbonically macerated for three weeks to lift and lighten, then aged for 20 months between barrels and steel tanks letting go of its adolescence. Woody, tart berries, pumpkin, potpourri, tomato vine, wet cellar, cranberry jello & grilled meat. Enjoy while cutting the grass, sometimes it really can be just about the simple things. Also available in a magnum!
