The organically tended blend is composed of (30%) mineral encruzado, (20%) full-bodied cerceal branco, (20%) fruity malvasia, (15%) tart bical, and (15%) floral arinto all spending one week with the skins to pull embracing tannins. Rusticity in the form of an old, unproductive persimmon tree, raspberries + blossoms, tamarind, quince meets mandarin (somehow), jasmine green tea & raw almonds. Enjoy with spring rolls crispy or raw.
