'Khush' is her burgeoning wine project (thank you pandemic), named after the Hindi word for âhappyâ! Fortunately this pandemic project didnât fade alongside keeping your sourdough starter alive, it is HERE to play ball. These Ontario riesling grapes were destemmed and spent 15 days on skins with daily punchdowns (aka submerging the fruit bits into liquid) for superb tannin extraction & went through malolactic fermentation for a plushy body-ody-ODY. Orange blossoms, ripe citrus, leesy texture & the joy of playing frisbee on the beach. Drink with sandy toes & a sun kissed nose.
