Rachis & Derma is beloved, VQA producer Hidden Bench’s natural wine offshoot & their ambrosial skin contact chard is a perennial fav. 18 days of skin contact = a wild pink & orange sunset in a glass, the kind of sunset that you try to take a picture of, but for some reason it never looks as striking as it does in real life, but that’s okay, just bask in it. Slightly underripe apricot, delicate bergamot, grippy fine tannins & lingering mineral spice.
