Born from a deep desire to make summer last forever, fresh winemakers Eliot Kessel and Jude Zasadzki are making a wonky splash into the Cali wine market. Crushable doesn’t even begin to do this red blend justice. Made up of a hefty handful of organic grapes including: soft barbera, layered merlot, straw-berried freisa, earthy mourvedre, peppery cab franc, aromatic sagrantino & vivid grenache. Some are left whole cluster, some with skin contact and a few direct pressed, all in the name of juicy balance! The opposite of a SUPER TUSCAN, fruit punch to the max, are blueberries really blue(?), açai berry bowl, sweet tobacco, fresh juiced grapefruit, marjoram, ash & buckwheat honey. Enjoy chilled with a kitchen sink mixed mac n’ cheese or anything spicy.
