Adorably travel sized, like tucking a miniature pig in your pocket and going for a walk. Paradise Grapevine, our fave local fermenters have a glou-glou kinda style that never disappoints, this time showing up with a conveniently canned and crushable pét-nat! ‘Thirst Trap’ is a hybrid blend of lightly macerated, spiced n’ herbaceous chambourcin, with luscious and acidic vidal (aged on cabernet franc skins to add some more expressive tannins). Before the fermentation was finished, the wine was canned with 13 grams of residual sugar that continued to ferment and pushed it into a heavier bubble - a total splash zone kinda good time. Deep red in colour, swooning tannins, fleshy bits and bobs, forgotten herbs & Prince purple. Enjoy in any outfit with larger than average sized pockets, dangling your feet a few inches from the ground.
