Ampeleia is a side project from the legendary Elisabetta Foradori, our winemaking & general life hero forever. Ampeleia’s wines function as pure, transparent expressions of the coastal Tuscan terroir. Unlitro is our house red wine in heaven, and also there’s a freaking LITRE of it so that’s always nice. It’s so stupidly easy to crush a litre of it thanks to a touch of carbonic maceration— just plonk the big fella down on the centre of your table & eat a bunch of pasta, or don’t. Feel it out.
