While traditionally Nebbiolo is known for its structure and power, here it is made for picnics and immediate pleasure. From a young biodynamic vineyard on steep slopes in Roero. About 40% goes through carbonic maceration (classic Beaujolais technique!) for ultra-juicy vibes. All the crunchy raspberry, light cherry and tart red fruit with the comforting tickle of light tannins and old leather, bound books. Pair with roast anything, late night games of Uno & watching Wednesday, while considering how you would look as a goth (cute!).
