A twinkling, textured and tropical German white blend for those of us who can’t wait to become ‘snowbirds’ . Andi Weigand is a third generation winemaker growing and fermenting grapes in Franken, Germany. While he has modernized the winery, he has also maintained tradition: every grape is picked by hand with incredible attention to detail at every step from vine to wine. The ‘White’ blend includes regional faves like tart, verdant sylvaner, floral, herbaceous müller-thurgau, zesty, grassy bacchus, and concentrated, tropical scheurebe. Mashed pear, honeysuckle, pineapple rings, grapefruit, guava popsicle, stones, toasted spices, mustard seeds & fennel fronds. Pour alongside cochinita pibil tacos and director Alfonso Cuarón’s stunning 2018 film set in 1970s Mexico City, Roma.
