His wine resume stretches from Switzerland throughout France, with incredible stints alongside legendary winemakers like Pierre Overnoy, Stéphane Tissot, Dominique Derain & Domaine de la Ville. ‘Zenith’ is a complex, stunningly textured and welcoming orange, aka a superb intro for newcomers & die-hards alike. The prestigious and plush altesse and mouthwateringly crisp jacquère spend 21 days on skins, offering up a delicately interlaced and enveloping tannin structure. Crushed rockets, gentian root, supple mineral tension, ginger water, rubbery roots wound into a tiara, salted rim & a lemon drop. We can see this paired with just about anything, vegetable tagine to fried alligator.
