The name Zini comes from the family (Ziniel) nickname, and they say their goal was to make a fun wine out of FuN regional grapes! Mission accomplished! Approximately 15 year old vines of bright welschriesling, floral muskateller, herbaceous sauvignon blanc & tart rotburger. Hibiscus tea, cranberry skins, rubbing purple sage flowers between your fingers, lullaby minerality & tannins that feel the way oil pastels look on paper.
