Like conjuring up a perfectly sinful (and 1L may we add) bottle of hedonism. From the skillful labour of lively winemaker Andreas Ziniel, Weingut Ziniel is a free spirited winery that encompasses 16 hectares of organically kept land at the lowest point in Austria (called Zicksee!). For a glimpse into their mindset, they say they are, âcompletely at peace in the centre of the universeâ, wowza, #GOALS. The name Zini comes from the family (Ziniel) nickname, and they say their goal was to make a few playful cuvĂ©es out of FuN regional grapes! We approve! The highly aromatic st. laurent and tartly-fruited rotburger experience a 30-day skin contact before being gently pressed off for silky, lightweight tannins. An exceptional balance of earth and fruit: blackcurrant stains, paprika dose, purple plum, mossy roots, Amarena cherry & a salty olive. Enjoy alongside BBQ of any and all shapes and sizes!
