FUN FACT! âMatassaâ is an old Catalan word that describes the thicket of a forest. Part of the iconic and experimental Brutal line, the old vine macabeu is handpicked from slate-rich soil and macerated on skins for four weeks to pull spell-binding texture. Forsythia, fresh apricot, bewitching (we should know) coastal minerality, citrus grove, grapefruit pulp & a bitter herb tannin structure.
