Winemakers Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne (Angers, France) and Julia Naar (Rio, Brazil) are part of an exciting ripple of low-intervention winemaking talent to settle in the Jura. They currently source organic and biodynamic grapes from trusted winegrowers all over France. āEderleziā is a blend of bright and juicy whole bunch gamay from Beaujolais macerating in a direct press of floral and fresh ugni blanc juice from LubĆ©ron. This unusual prize spends 10 months macerating before further aging in fibreglass, keeping this wine fresh and fantastical. Mixed florals, dirt floors, pistachio shells, cucumber skins, candied plums, fizzy raspberry & a sweeping, dusty tannin. Pour alongside rustic Canadiana meals, high in mushrooms and winter vegetables!
