An aromatic, savoury and zero-zero southern France red blend. Since leaving his former mentor Gerald Oustric of Le Mazel, Sylvain Bock has settled in the town of Alba-la-Romaine, acquired seven hectares of organically certified vines, and begun producing delectable and drinkable natural wines you need to taste. From limestone soils, the blend of syrah (66%) and grenache noir (34%) are harvested early in order to keepĀ saliva-inducing acidity and vinified separately with one week of carbonic maceration to juice up the aromatics and palate. SPEARMINT, blackberry, meaty spice, black olive tapenade, sour raspberry, blue rock, unsweetened iced tea & flowers everywhere. Pour alongside spicy yaki udon.
