 A plush, mineral and zero-zero coming together of Jura and Alsace. Young winemakers Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne (Angers, France) and Julia Naar (Rio, Brazil) are part of an exciting ripple of low-intervention winemaking talent to newly settle in the harrowed French winemaking region of Jura (also famous for its salty cheese, comté!). Classified as a micro-négoce, they currently source organic and biodynamic grapes from trusted winegrowers all over France, with a more recent accrual and planting of their own vines. The multi-regional blend of lush chard, orchardly auxerrois, savoury sylvaner, mineral grenache blanc and floral, citric clairette spend three years on lees in Alsatian foudre, bringing weight and wistful wonder to this exceptional fusion of Jura and Alsace. Wisteria infused reduction, Lucky Charms, stalagmites, dunkaroo icing, lilies & the lightest steep of Earl Grey tea. Save for an unexpected day of celebration.
