Together, Julia Naar and Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne are a micro-négociant in the fantastical village of Les Planches-près-Arbois - seriously, the surrounding area looks like FernGully! They source organic and biodynamic grapes from trusted winegrowers all over France, with a more recent accrual & planting of their own vines. ‘Sinnerman’ is 100% carignan from Lubéron, part of the French pre-alps, that is whole cluster macerated for 10 months to pull interlacing tannins. Purple freezie, brown rice green tea packet, ground thyme, cherry with pits & a bitter snap, crackle n’ pop. Enjoy while rereading old poems & love letters.
